Alfrapark – it´s a building B that will be constructed when there's a pre rental agreement and the duration of the construction will be between 18 to 24 months after the signature of the contract. This possible construction is located in Alfragide, next to EN117. Due to it's proximity to Lisbon it has excellent accesses to the main roads of Lisbon (IC19, CRIL, CREL e A5). Alfrapark is an office park that comprises 9 buildings, 7 already built and 2 still in project. It´s main infrastructures are the 4 tube air conditioning system, raised technical floor, false ceilings with inlaid lightening, private bathrooms and 24h security as well as private parking. In addition to this Alfrapark has 18 thousand sqm of green spaces and pedestrian paths, leisure infrastructures, company activities support infrastructures such as restaurants, a coffee shop, and a multifunctional center for conferences, expositions, etc.
